Welcome to Wander East Yoga Conference, 2018
St. John’s first Yoga Conference.

The Wander East Yoga Conference has been organized to bring together the Yoga Community in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The conference has been designed to be educational in nature so that participants will learn more about yoga.

There are classes to fit every level of Yoga practitioner, from the beginner to the more advanced and also for those who have never done yoga before!
We have chosen many wonderful Yoga Instructors and Presenters who have put together an amazing agenda, with lots of variety to choose from. The biographies of the presenters are not posted on this website, however there will be a link when you register where you can search their credentials and offerings.

Our venue is The Lantern, on Barnes Road as it has many classrooms and a cafeteria which would will provide a great opportunity to network with our yoga community. Katie Power, Musician will provide music over our lunch break in the main conference room.

The agenda is set out in 4 sessions and 4 concurrent sessions. The cost is $129.00 + hst for 4 sessions and lunch. You will select the 4 sessions you would like to attend when you register. Due to the complexity of organizing a conference “The Organizers hold the right to schedule you in another session if necessary”. Changes will only be made after October 15, 2018.

The conference organizers have chosen “The Gathering Place” as a charitable organization in which to provide proceeds. Mr. Todd Perrin of Mallard Cottage has graciously donated the lunch which will be prepared by Mallard Cottage as an additional fundraiser for the conference.

@wandereastyogaconference is our designated bulletin board and we will update information regularly on this site. Please like and follow it as we journey towards one of the greatest day’s in the yoga history in Newfoundland and Labrador! October 27, 2018.
